Order and return policy

If the order is not received due to an error in the delivery data (phone number) or something else, it will be returned by the delivery company and a new delivery fee will be charged if the delivery data is corrected by the customer.
When the order is completed after 8:59 pm, it will be delivered the next day.

When the order is delivered by the delivery company, the customer will be contacted via the mobile phone sent when the order is completed. If the customer does not respond within a period of 15 minutes, the product will be returned and a new delivery fee will be imposed.

If you are not satisfied with the product, you can return it within 14 days from the date of receiving the order, provided that the product is complete with all its accessories and in its original packaging, and that the original invoice for the order is present, indicating the date of the order and the returned product.

Delivery fees are non-refundable in the event of a product return.

There will be a tax of up to 2.5% of the total purchases, deducted from the refunded amount.

The amount will be returned within 14 working days after verifying the validity of the invoice and the safety of the product after the return.

The product included in the offer is non-refundable.

The product is returned only if there is damage to the product immediately upon receipt, and the company must be informed immediately so that the damaged product can be replaced.

No product will be returned if the company is not notified at the same time of receipt.
